The 2014 Middle East and North Africa Spectrum Management Conference is part of the Global Spectrum Series - the world’s largest and most comprehensive collection of Spectrum Management policy conferences. It will bring together high-level stakeholders and decision makers from throughout MENA and beyond to discuss topical issues relating to the management and co-ordination of spectrum policy across the region.

With WRC-15 on the horizon, the digital switchover continuing, and a number of key allocation and band-plan issues set to be discussed, 2015 is set to be a vital year for all spectrum shareholders throughout the MENA region.

The 2014 Middle East and North Africa Spectrum Management Conference will look at all these aspects and more, as all the key spectrum management issues for the region are analyzed by leading experts in an interactive  and discussion-based environment.

Sessions at the event will focus on:

  • Preparations ahead of WRC-15 - key agenda items and priorities for the region
  • Unlocking the potential of the digital dividend bands – analogue switch-off and future band plan strategies
  • Meeting the growing demand for wireless broadband – technological and regulatory solutions
  • Spectrum awards, assignment mechanisms and valuation

This event is free of charge to attend for all participants, and registration is now open.
