The Reference Infrastructure Access Offer (RIAO) approved by CRA has the scope to provide fair and non-discriminatory access to Ooredoo’s ducts. The approval of the RIAO marks an improvement of regulatory regime and align Qatar to the international best practices. 

As a next step, Ooredoo is required to publish the RIAO on its webpage.

Following this Qualified Parties may request Ooredoo to enter in negotiations for an agreement based on this RIAO.
