The Consultation Response document summarizes and reviews the responses received to the Consultation on Public Satellite Telecommunications Networks and Services  License and  Associated Frequency License launched by ictQATAR on July 21, 2013. Further, it provides ictQATAR-Regulatory Authority’s response  to the comments received and provides a transparent justification  for the preparation of the final version of Public Satellite Telecommunications Networks and Services License and Associated Frequency License.
