The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) has conducted the third wave of the business consumer satisfaction survey in 2023 to know more about the experiences and perceptions of business customers regarding the services they receive.

 

The findings from the report will equip the CRA with valuable insights to inform policies, decisions, and awareness initiatives, ultimately aiming to elevate the quality of telecommunications services in Qatar. This ongoing research supports the CRA's goal of creating a fair competitive environment and improving the overall consumer experience by promoting innovative, high-quality service offerings.
